Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains how Novoslate LLC ("we") handles information on alumawoodsandiego.com.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, zip code, the type of patio cover you're interested in and your timeline. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To pass your estimate request to one licensed local installer who serves your area
• To follow up about your request
• To keep records of requests and improve the site

Who we share it with

We share your request only with the installer handling your estimate. We also use trusted service providers to run the site, including website hosting and email delivery, who process data only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Spam protection

Our estimate form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects device and browser information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests only as long as needed to handle them and maintain basic business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@novoslate.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
